The Enchanting Longmont Estate project was a complete transformation. The homeowners wanted to upgrade the existing wraparound deck that had begun to rot and show wear from years of use.
The deck had a stone tile surface that was uncomfortable to walk on barefoot in both hot and cold temperatures and had become a safety hazard, as it would become slippery when wet.
We stepped in and provided the perfect solution!
We removed the decaying structure and replaced it with a more robust new wooden frame. We also installed durable TimberTech Legacy composite decking, which provides an elegant look and more comfort when walking barefoot.
The classic stone columns were in perfect condition, so we kept them intact and used them in our new design. Every element of this outdoor living space, such as the color of the decking and railings, was chosen to complement the columns and the house’s existing architecture.
We also provided all amenities for year-round comfort and luxury, including seating areas, lighting fixtures, and an outdoor kitchen island. Our team’s attention to detail ensured all elements were integrated seamlessly into one cohesive design while providing lasting durability against Colorado weather.
