The “Beautiful Boulder Deck Rebuild” project was aimed at addressing the client’s concerns about their previous wooden deck, which had become warped and faded over time. The old deck was not only an eyesore but was also unsafe due to splintering issues.
Our solution was a complete deck rebuild using TimberTech Azek decking, Steel Framing, and black aluminum cable railings. This transformed the deck into a solid, safe, and visually appealing outdoor living space.
The family’s new deck enhanced the utility of the second-level outdoor space and improved the ground-level area under the deck. The new stairways and railings allowed more natural light under the deck, unlike the old stairways, which were oversized and had thick railings that limited natural light and used space inefficiently.
This project, which fell within a price range of $70,000 – $80,000, was a complete visual makeover of the space, thanks to the premium decking and railing choices. The transformation was remarkable, and the client was left with a modern, spacious, and comfortable deck that perfectly complemented their home.
