We transformed this Golden, Colorado, property into a beautiful outdoor living area that showcases breathtaking mountain views while enhancing the space’s functionality.
We started by expanding the deck with Deckorators Voyage in Khaya, offering ample space for relaxing and entertaining. To complement the deck, we installed durable Deckorators ALX Welded Aluminum railings for a modern look that doesn’t obstruct the scenic view. A pressure-treated LVL frame ensures long-lasting support. We also addressed the client’s desire for a more functional yard by adding 520 square feet of Belgard Origins 12 Victorian pavers, which created a spacious patio area perfect for hosting gatherings.
