Homeowners in Erie, Colo., were looking for a solution to their old deck. It was inefficient, taking up too much space, and beginning to show clear signs of wear and tear.
We were confident we could provide the perfect solution to elevate their outdoor living experience.
We increased the footprint of the concrete pad below by over 400 square feet and added a standard broom finish. Then, we added an extra brick column to support a larger deck platform and to maintain the unique look of their half-brick, half-siding house. We built the brick columns to match the existing ones and ensure a seamless look.
Then, we replaced the old wooden structure with a larger one made of durable pressure-treated wood and composite decking. The new platform is larger, uses the best materials available, and requires significantly less maintenance.
We also replaced the wooden staircase, which was beginning to warp, with a beautiful white spiral staircase. With its beautiful white color and sandblasted, primed, and powder-coated finish, it was the perfect way to complete the transformation. This staircase not only looks great, but it also takes up much less space and stands up to the elements.
This outdoor living space in Erie, CO, was transformed from an inefficient use of space to a showstopper. The homeowners now have an outdoor living space that is both attractive and functional. They can entertain friends and family in style while taking in stunning views of the surrounding landscape. This stunning deck will surely be a conversation piece for many years.
